Record your upload tutorial in one take

This page plays a visual walkthrough. You screen-record your browser while narrating over it. Total runtime: 2:40.

🎙️ How to record (read once, then do it)

  1. Start your screen recorder with microphone ON. On Mac: QuickTime → File → New Screen Recording. On iPhone: Control Center → long-press screen record → Mic On.
  2. Open the narration script below on your phone or a second screen so you can read it.
  3. Click Start Recording Mode below. The page goes fullscreen and the visuals begin playing automatically.
  4. Read the script aloud, step by step, as the visuals change. Each step has enough time for the narration — don't rush.
  5. When the video ends, stop your screen recorder. Upload to YouTube / Loom. Done.
💡 Tip: Do a dry run first — hit Start, mute your mic, and just watch it play through so you know the pacing. Then restart and record for real.

📜 Full narration script (read this aloud while recording)

1Get your list into a CSV — computer OR phone~30s

"You need your leads as a CSV file, and you can make one on a computer or right on your phone. If your list lives in a lead tool's website, open it on a computer, filter to who you want, hit Export, and choose CSV — those sites usually work best on desktop. But if your list is already in a spreadsheet — the Excel app, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers — you can do it straight from your phone: open the file, tap Export or Save As, pick CSV, and save it to your Files. Either way you end up with a .csv you'll grab in a second."

2Make sure the CSV is where you'll upload from~35s

"Quick check on where your file lives. If you saved the CSV on your phone with Excel or Sheets, it's already in your Files — nothing to move, skip ahead. If it's on your computer and you'll upload from there, just open Pulse in your browser and go — no transfer. And if it's on the computer but you want to work from your phone, send it over three easy ways: AirDrop, email yourself, or Google Drive — then it lands in your Files."

3Open Pulse and log in~15s

"Open Pulse. Any browser. Log in with your email and password. The dashboard loads up."

4Go to Leads → tap Import List~15s

"Go to the Leads tab. Hit Import List. A window pops up."

5Pick your list type~20s

"Pick the category that matches your list. Pre-foreclosure, probate, cash-offer, whatever fits. This tells the AI how to talk to them. Click Continue."

6Click Choose File and pick the CSV~20s

"Click Choose File. Your file picker opens — Downloads on a computer, or your Files on a phone. Your CSV is right there. Pick it. Loads in less than a second because Pulse parses it right in the browser."

7Confirm mapping → Import Leads~25s

"Pulse auto-detects your columns. Glance at the preview to confirm. Click Import Leads. Done. If you're on Pro, your AI opener is already waiting — review and hit send. From export to sending: under three minutes."
