How to use this — preview & draft your first outbound

  1. 1. Pick a lead (or upload a CSV / type contacts in)
  2. 2. Pick the Conversation context on the right (Real Estate Investor, Listed Agent, Landlord, etc.)
  3. 3. Pick a Lead tag (Preforeclosure, Tired Landlord, Probate…) — sharpens the AI's angle
  4. 4. Hit ✨ AI Draft — the Strategy Coach writes the opener tailored to that lead. Tap again to regenerate, or edit directly
  5. 5. Send (Twilio mode) or tap Open in Messages to send from your phone (Personal mode)

Tip: selecting a lead also shows a Delete button — that's for cleaning up bad rows, not the primary action. Use this tab to preview & perfect your first outbound before it goes out.
