You no longer create a Messaging Service or Campaign yourself. Once you connect your Twilio account in Settings → Messaging and enter your business details, Pulse registers your brand + campaign and buys your number for you. Don't register your own — doing it twice creates a duplicate ~$15 charge. This page is kept only as a reference for what Pulse submits on your behalf.

Where this happens — all in Pulse, not Twilio
You enter everything below ONCE, inside Pulse → Settings → Messaging, in the "Automated carrier registration (A2P 10DLC)" card. Pulse takes these details and registers your brand + campaign with the carriers and buys your number for you. You do NOT touch the Twilio console.
- ▸Open Settings → Messaging → the "Automated carrier registration (A2P 10DLC)" card.
- ▸Fill in the fields on the next steps, click Save details, then Start registration.
- ▸That is your whole job — Pulse submits the rest and emails you the moment your AI is live.
- ▸Do NOT create a Brand or Campaign in the Twilio console yourself — doing it twice creates a duplicate ~$15 charge that collides with the one Pulse builds.
Everything here is entered in Settings → Messaging. Pulse handles the carrier submission for you — you never touch the Twilio console.
